Self-service breakfast: coffee, tea, hot chocolate,
honey, jam, cereals, yoghurt AB organic label),
pastries, farmhouse bread, ...

 

Meals comprise :

   
  - A local aperitif
  - A starter (tomato gazpacho on a bed
of parmesan, goat's cheese fritter on
a bed of leaves, ...)
  - A main course (rabbit in a mustard
sauce, Mediterranean chicken,
Cévennes mix, fillet of pork
with chestnuts, ...)
  - Local cheeses
  - Dessert: local ice-creams, Ardèche
chestnut cake, bilberry tart, ...
  - Wine
  - Coffee
   

 

When request, Cécile will happily prepare you a meal of your choice.

 

Meals can be served only on
Mondays, Wednesday and Saturday evening.
